Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.

Located in Red Hook, NY, the Director of Admissions, Marketing & Business Development has primary responsibility for the referral and admissions process of all Devereux New York programs under the supervision of the Executive Director.

They will create and maintain systems to track and monitor all referral activity and/or marketing plans and related activities, and make modifications.

They will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the New York Center, maintain established business relationships, and develop new potential lines of business with the primary goal of developing a referral network to increase market share.

This position will perform market research and analysis for decision-making of the center.

They will be responsible for providing marketing advice, counsel, and providing general marketing support to other programs as directed.

The Director of Admissions, Marketing & Business Development will work to build relationships with funders to increase admissions across the New York Center.

They will work collaboratively with senior management, clinical leaders, and outside organizations to proactively identify, develop, and communicate strategic initiatives.

This position is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Salary

Salary: 74,752.23 - 79,984.88 annually

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of two years related experience required.

Experience: Minimum of three years marketing experience in business, preferably in a healthcare setting, including at least two years as a supervisor.

Physical Requirements: Free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical or controlled substances.

Significant and frequent amounts of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending and lifting of 20 lbs.

Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens.
