Overview
The College of Engineering (COE) is seeking a collaborative and data-driven leader to serve as the Director of Analytics, Assessment, and Strategic Development.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the college’s strategic direction by fostering data-informed decision-making, comprehensive assessment practices, and innovative strategic development.
The director will collaborate with college leadership, faculty, and staff to enhance initiative effectiveness and support continuous improvement across the college.
This includes gathering and analyzing data from different systems and sources, utilizing assessment methodologies, using both written and oral communication to provide action-oriented insights, and collaborating with leadership to develop strategic initiatives.
