Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Compensation: $130,000.00- $150,000.00 base salary and target bonus potential between $40,000.00- $60,000.00 annually

About the Role



We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Operations and Transformation to lead and manage high-impact operational initiatives across our ABA therapy enterprise.

This role is ideal for a business athlete who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can drive cross-functional alignment across clinical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities



Program & Project Management

Lead complex, enterprise-wide operational initiatives such as:

  • Growth Operations redesign in partnership with senior leadership
  • Standardization of center operating models across regions
  • initiative rollout coordination through ownership of the “air traffic control” process, including communications and management cadence
  • Provide project management support to functional leaders (e.g., Clinical
  • Directors, Finance Directors) on strategic initiatives such as compensation structure design and A/B testing frameworks
  • Operating Model & Execution Support

  • Help define and implement the “ACES Way” of operating across the organization
  • Drive planning and execution of key operating forums including ACOM, Growth Reviews, and De Novo Reviews
  • Lead preparation and coordination of major executive meetings and board presentations, ensuring clarity of goals, storylines, and deliverables
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in professional services (e.g., management consulting) or equivalent operational leadership roles
  • MBA, MPH, or MHA strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site operations is a plus
