Aon is looking for a Director of Program Analytics & Reporting



As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our business group within Aon Integramark, a debt cancellation service administrator for the U.S. lending industry.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in the Alpharetta, GA office.

What the day will look like



We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Program Reporting & Analytics.

This role will support the client management team in developing, implementing, and executing accurate and timely Data Metrics and KPIs, reporting, modeling and analyses for our clients.





Skills and experience that will lead to success



+ Enhance processes to collect and manage business data and defines methodologies to facilitate ongoing business reporting and analysis.



+ Presents to Senior Management and builds support for approach and delivery.



+ Manages preparation of reports and presentations.



+ Has in-depth knowledge of business, regulatory, risk and financial systems and applications.



+ Is process oriented and has a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience.



+ Understand complex data relationships and interdependencies.



+ Works collaboratively across the enterprise, identifying best practices and process efficiencies.





Responsibilities



+ Collaborate with leadership on organizational priorities and longer-term strategic objectives.



+ Define and execute roadmaps for enhancing data and analytics, potentially including new technology implementations.



+ Develop effective relationship with key stakeholders to deliver on desired business objectives.



+ Partner with executive management to develop new analytical solutions to meet client requirements, provide business insights and drive efficiency.



+ Effectively manage change, developing and implementing sustainable solutions.



+ Support client team responsibilities.





Qualifications


+ Power BI.



+ PMP preferred.



+ 12+ years of credit card experience.



+ 8+ years of Finance, Risk, Data, Analytics and Reporting experience.



+ 5+ years Manager experience.





Education



+ Bachelors degree required; preferably in Finance or Data Science.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
