  • Coordinate solicitation and engagement strategy to cultivate and steward donors and corporate partners.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across fundraising activities.
  • Work with the Data team, department admin, and program staff to develop, produce, and disseminate program reports that meet funder requirements and keep executive leadership informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Work with the Data team to analyze trends, measure ROI, and inform revenue strategy.
  • Identify and implement new systems and technology solutions (including AI-powered tools) that reduce burden and increase efficiency across Advancement functions.
  • Partner with finance to align revenue goals with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Serve as a resource and collaborator to program leaders to build their capacity for supporting funding initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, grants management, or revenue development, with demonstrated success in both strategy and hands-on execution.
