:
  • Product Roadmap Development: Spearhead the creation of a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing projects and investments to maximize value delivery and meet strategic company goals.Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet predefined quality standards.

    Make tough prioritization and trade-off decisions to balance competing priorities and support your decisions with data insights.

  • Go-To Market – Lead packaging and pricing in collaboration with product marketing, marketing, finance and sales team to maximize monetization and adoption of new capabilities.Provide product expertise to country/region managers and collaborate with them to launch country/region-specific marketing initiatives.

    Develop market shaping programs to drive software adoption.
  • Data-Driven Culture: Establish a quality-first mindset, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products.

    Utilize data to set goals, uncover opportunities, and strengthen investment cases.

    Enhance your team's data fluency to improve decision-making and communication.

  • Job Requirements:

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Health related field
  • 8+ years of software product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Experience integrating various process and procedures into an efficient and transparent system
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps, with a keen ability to make strategic trade-offs.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and roadmap direction.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring product managers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies and a history of using user insights to drive product decisions.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partner and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the “so what” behind team investments to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
