**Overview**

As a Director, Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you will be a strategic partner to senior retail executives, shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transformative digital products and services.

You’ll combine deep retail industry knowledge with expertise in AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies to unlock new value streams, accelerate growth, and future-proof client businesses.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, you will influence C-suite decisions, guide major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes at speed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Shape Strategic Agendas: Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to define business goals and value pools—crafting product propositions that leverage AI / GenAI to transform customer experiences, optimize operations, and create competitive advantage.

+ Advise at the C-Suite Level: Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives, influencing multi-million-dollar investment decisions, shaping product portfolios, and guiding transformation initiatives from concept through execution.

+ Drive Measurable Business Growth: Collaborate with regional leadership and capability teams to expand accounts, secure strategic wins, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities—anchored in clear value propositions and ROI.

+ Lead with Vision and Execution: Define and deliver product strategies for global retail brands, translating market insights, customer needs, and emerging technology trends into prioritized roadmaps and high-impact features.

+ Harness Emerging Technologies: Champion innovation by embedding AI / GenAI-powered capabilities—from personalized retail experiences to predictive demand forecasting—into client solutions, ensuring future readiness.

+ Inspire High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor Product Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation in digital product development.

+ Represent Industry Leadership: Bring forward retail best practices, market trends, and thought leadership—positioning clients to lead in an AI-enabled retail marketplace.

**Qualifications**

+ Proven success engaging with C-suite executives in the retail or consumer packaged goods sectors, influencing strategic direction, and securing measurable business growth.

+ Demonstrated ability to design and deliver AI / GenAI-enabled products that generate tangible value, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency.

+ Track record of leading digital transformation initiatives from ideation to launch, incorporating engineering, data, and AI capabilities.

+ Deep understanding of retail market dynamics, consumer behavior, and technology trends shaping the industry.

+ Strong financial acumen—able to define ROI, KPIs, and business cases that secure executive buy-in.

+ Skilled in guiding diverse, cross-functional teams as a servant leader and steward of both economic and customer value.

+ Mastery in leading change, inspiring adoption, and embedding customer-centric and data-driven decision-making into organizations.

**Additional information**

**Pay Range:** $168,000-$262,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.

Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
