The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$106,300.00 - $175,400.00Target Openings
1What Is the Opportunity?
The Strategic Initiatives Director is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Technology & Operations Transformation Office that is at the center of building best practices that drive consistency and scale across our technology organizations.What Will You Do?
Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO, Leadership Team and other key stakeholders such as Communications, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, and Enterprise Chapters to support strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
Partner with Portfolio & Demand Management to support coordination of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), portfolio strategic initiatives reporting, and managing processes to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Support external benchmarking and research initiatives to identify industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches that inform strategic decision-making and position the organization competitively within the technology and analytics landscape.
Partner with senior leaders to craft presentations and communications that convey current and future states, gap analyses, and strategic recommendations for internal and external engagements.
Partner to enhance employee experience through engaging events and initiatives, including All Hands Meetings, offsites, and opportunities for employee connectivity and recognition.
Contribute to the development and implementation of practices to enhance organizational operations, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
May support leadership and extended leadership meeting preparation, content development and presenting (topic dependent).
Support strategic projects to assist with scaled implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Proven ability to effectively communicate and partner with executives and senior leadership.
Experience serving as a trusted, strategic thought partner in a technology organization, including managing confidential details on their behalf.
Experience partnering onstrategictechnologyimplementations.
Experience leading benchmarking and research activities with a focus on external insights and industry best practices.
Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including development of executive level presentations and proposals.
Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and success in leading large initiatives.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to bring together the right people for meaningful discussions toward data-driven decision making.
Experience working with unstructured information to build strategic approaches.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables).
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Agile (CSM or PO), Project Management (PMP), Change Management (PROSCI) or Lean Sigma Black Belt).
6 years of business experience, with a focus on strategic initiatives and executive support.
