With 13 thriving franchise locations, we are rapidly growing—and we’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating schedules, supporting mitigation teams, and ensuring top-notch service from the very first call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Accurately document customer information into company systems
- Schedule initial inspections with customers and mitigation teams
- Adjust and update schedules as needed to meet customer and operational needs
- Perform file audits to ensure accuracy and completion of documentation
- Communicate changes and updates promptly to management, customers, and team members
- Provide after-hours phone support on a rotating basis (nights + weekends)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience (restoration, construction, or service industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Professional phone presence with patience and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
