**Job Summary:**
The Over the Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) Distribution Center Operations Supervisor directs workflow for warehouse colleagues and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets.
Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance.
Assists manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking.
**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.

+ Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
+ Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.

+ Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
+ Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
Assurance on time deliveries and customer service.
+ Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.

+ Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
+ Proven ability to think critically and strategically plan to improve performance in department.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong leadership skills and proven ability to guide a team
+ Proven ability to manage conflicts and influence teams
+ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
+ Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Regular and Reliable attendance
+ Constant standing, bending, stooping and climbing stairs
+ Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and up to 75 lbs with team lift.
+ Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) - required

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
