The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal contracting, particularly with DLA initiatives, and a proven track record of successful program management.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Manage the execution of the DLA JETS IDIQ contract, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and contractual obligations.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to DLA JETS and other federal contracts, enhancing the company's growth and market presence.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Tracking all the important Task orders release through DLA JETS and Working on selected opportunities and oversees bid strategies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Generating, updating, and communicating the opportunity-specific Capture Plan including formal gate reviews.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Serve as the primary point of contact for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions in support of DLA operations.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and DLA requirements.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program performance, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on deliverables.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Oversee program budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management and DLA, outlining program status, achievements, and areas for improvement.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Identify and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Managing programs, identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, and ensuring contract compliance, while also building relationships with government agencies.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px"><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IDIQ contracts, specifically with DLA or similar federal contracts.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in project management tools and methodologies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal sector.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Develop and implement business development strategies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Lead the development of proposals for federal grants, contracts, and other opportunities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Develop and implement winning proposal strategies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Manage the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and review.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Familiarity with various proposal formats (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop proposal content.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px">Ensure that proposals meet all requirements and deadlines.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;
