The St. Paul Park Refinery has a full-time opening for a Document Control Coordinator responsible for document control and administration of knowledge management systems for the Marathon Petroleum Co., St. Paul Park Refining Engineering Department.
The Document Coordinator is the local administrator for knowledge management software and is responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are followed to create or maintain controlled documents for origination, modification, and retention so that controlled documents are up-to-date and reliable sources of information.
The Document Coordinator is also the gatekeeper for process safety information (PSI), engineering policies and procedures, project documentation and serves as the Central Files Custodian.
