What We Do

Responsible for owning and maintaining the print vendor relationship, which includes communicating between the business and the vendor, tracking and maintaining mapping documents, and assisting with research when necessary.

Streamlining the document process by reviewing and tracking document activity.

Responsible for privacy policy processes and client marketing.

Essential Functions

  • Manages customer billing statement process including mapping documents and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manages Initial and annual privacy policy process.
  • Manages client marketing offerings on printed documents
  • Responsible for the storage and indexing of outbound documents to ensure that documents can be retrieved easily.
  • Creates and implements documentation and change management standards, adhering to compliance and regulatory
  • requirements.
  • Reviews documents to determine distribution requirements and processes, and distribution requests according to
  • established procedures.
  • Coordinates the verification, approval, and processing of outbound documents.

    Tracks document activity to minimize
  • risk or errors.
  • Maintains a secure, computerized document revision system, a periodic review system, and status tracking for all
  • process-related documents and records.
  • Identifies problems, defines business process requirements, researches alternatives, negotiates for resources, develops
  • solutions, gains consensus, tests to confirm, and implements solutions over a complete business process.
  • Considers the business implications of workflow and processes to the current business environment.
  • Creates reports; researches, analyzes, and integrates data to identify and track trends.

    Reports vital information to management/business partner.
  • The pay range for this role is $65,550.00 - $87,375.00

    This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.

    Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
