Division Manager , Interior Drywall Construction : Nashville, TN


Compensation Overview;

  • Salary Range $120k-145k (DOE) + Performance & Profit Sharing Bonus',

  • Auto/Phone Allowance per month,

    As they expand their TN & Southeast operations, they are interviewing Drywall Manager candidates to manage & grow their small team for this area.

    Someone who is both business development & growth minded -- plus Project Management and field/production minded - could be a great fit and positioned to make a significant impact in their career- as well as this growing company.


    Role Overview:


    As a Drywall Division Manager, you will oversee all operations of their interior projects, as well as manage the field staff/crews and client relationship.

    Your role will involve direct contact with clients (GCs, Developers, etc), project coordination with crews, managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team.


    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production department

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors

  • Understand construction processes, materials, and regulations

    • Skills & Experience :

  • An excellent communicator, fluent in both Spanish and English.

  • Experienced in interior construction & drywall project management.

  • Experience as a Office Manager or Division Leader role for the commercial industry

  • Organized, with a knack for managing multiple projects.

  • A problem-solver, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Ability to understand and present products and services

  • Proficiency in On-Center or equivalent software

  • Experience in commercial painting or industrial coatings

  • Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
