Works under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Quality: By verifying the final quality of products on the production line, you'll ensure that only top-quality products reach customers.
2.Identify Defects: Your keen eye for detail will help identify defects by comparing components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications.
3.Maintain Standards: You'll uphold the company's quality standards by separating products that do not meet the desired technical specifications.
4.Utilize Measurement Techniques: Using both basic and complex measurement techniques and equipment, you'll ensure precise and accurate quality assessments.
5.Document Non-Conforming Products: Your thorough documentation of products that do not meet technical specifications will help track and improve quality control processes.
Team Members: By training others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming products, and documentation, you'll enhance the team's overall efficiency and expertise.
Quality Norms: Adhering to the company's defined norms and standards of quality, you'll contribute to maintaining a consistent and high-quality production process.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to be fluent using multiple software databases to process inventory transactions, set up shipments of parts to suppliers and our warehouse, process supplier notifications of nonconforming material.
Able to obtain a fork truck license via Cummins training program.
Ability to work on the manufacturing floor processing nonconforming parts (physically and systematically)
Be self-motivated to efficiently / safely perform all daily tasks with minimal supervision, once training is complete.
Monitor and maintain department inventory accuracy on a daily basis
Work well in a small team as well as interact with members of multiple other departments to accomplish the tasks of the job.
