Your Title: eCommerce Product Expansion & GTM Program Manager

Your Location: Westminster, CO (hybrid, 3 days in office)

Position Overview
This role leads global digital go-to-market programs to accelerate Trimble AECO’s eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities include owning new product onboarding and launches, validating SKUs and pricing, ensuring platform readiness, and performing content QA.

Acting as a bridge across product, marketing, and operations, this role ensures smooth digital rollouts, supports long-term scalability—delivering faster time-to-market with seamless customer experiences.

What you will do: 

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle for coordinating validation for new SKUs, products, and pricing across digital platforms.

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional roadmaps for adoption, campaigns, and site updates.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee successful product validation before launch.

  • Lead go-live execution in partnership with product managers, developers, and campaign teams.

  • Monitor post-launch performance with KPIs and dashboards; use insights to optimize adoption and digital customer experience.

  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across Aria Billing, Salesforce, Contentful, Domo, Commercetools, and Entitlement systems for clear visibility and tracking.

  • Create scalable playbooks and frameworks to streamline onboarding and launches globally.

  • Collaborate with support teams to enhance products and experiences through customer feedback.

  • Help build data requirements and use data-driven insights to identify high-impact opportunities, optimizing for improved product outcomes and greater operational efficiency.

  • Drive business growth by identifying revenue opportunities, scaling product offerings, and optimizing digital monetization strategies in partnership with product and strategy teams.

  • Continuously refine customer journeys to deliver seamless digital experiences across touchpoints.

  • Develop and oversee launch strategies, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Create clear training guides, FAQs, and communications to help internal teams adapt to new product launches.

    This will ensure that sales, support, and marketing know how to promote, use, and support new offerings.

  • Implement and optimize chatbot setup, AI automation tools, and digital engagement features in partnership with the marketing team.

  • What you will bring:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital operations, product readiness, and eCommerce execution

  • Proven expertise in eCommerce platforms, data structures, and product lifecycle workflows

  • Track record of delivering seamless end-to-end online customer experiences

  • Skilled in managing SKUs, pricing, product/platform setup, and site readiness

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, localization, and multi-currency pricing

  • Proficient with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools

  • Experienced in leveraging performance metrics to resolve technical issues and accelerate innovation

  • Strong communicator with advanced project management expertise

    Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.

    This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.

    Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
