The Enterprise CRM Solutions team was created in 2024 as part of the company’s Framework for Winning.
Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency.
The Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Solutions (ECRMS) team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domain via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.
We are looking for Associate, Program Management to partner closely with eCRMs leadership, product and engineering counterparts, Line of Business stakeholders, technical delivery support, vendor partners, and financial management partners to support the Project Bedrock initiative where we are uplifting the Sales experience.
The role will be responsible for assisting with a variety of key functions across the Bedrock project, including contributing to the 2026 roadmap & strategy for the overall program, workstream project plans and tracking, executive communications, vendor management, and financial management.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, eCRMs - Program Management.
This role will be critical in supporting program management best practices, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, on-time delivery of Project Bedrock, and ongoing buy-in from critical stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with eCRMs Product team to contribute to the 2026 roadmap, scope, and OKRs for Project Bedrock, and ensure buy-in across eCRMs and Line of Business stakeholders.
+ Continue establishing foundational PMO framework for Project Bedrock, including the governance model, workstream project plans, issues escalation management, decision rights, and reporting standards.
+ Support the execution of multiple workstreams simultaneously, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets to efficiently utilize resources as necessary.
+ Contribute to communications for senior Tech leadership, Line of Business stakeholders, eCRMs leadership and colleagues to provide regular updates as to ongoing activities, schedules, and risks.
+ Participate in vendor management, including onboarding and performance management, to ensure alignment with Bedrock objectives.
+ Conduct ongoing measurement and dashboard reporting of progress towards OKRs for Project Bedrock.
+ Collaborate with Technical Delivery colleagues to ensure all engineering development is on-time and efficient **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required with degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Information Technology preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years professional experience in technology program implementation, product management, or technology strategy.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g., e.g., Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association / Prince 2 / CSM - Certified Scrum Master / CSPO - Certified Scrum product owner) preferred.
+ Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, Tableau, MS Project).
+ Excellent/sharp/concise/clear verbal and written communication skills, a must.
The ability to interact effectively with diverse audience across Business and Technical teams, and more senior audiences are a must.
+ Superb presentation building skills with ability to “tell a story”In a clear and concise way to various types of audiences.
+ Very strong collaboration skills – ability to build strong partnerships and navigate cross functional teams to deliver on shared objectives.
+ History of high performance and adaptability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity.
+ Proven ability to support workstreams independently and juggle multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
