Test and bring-up FPGA and CPU based boards and systemsReview system specification documents for architecture, electrical, power delivery, thermal, and mechanical requirementsWork closely with in-house board design teams and external contractors to guide and review schematic, layout, thermal and mechanical designWork closely with software teams to support firmware and tools developmentResearching and selecting electronic components, reading datasheets and application notes, working with 3rd party partners and vendors to ensure selected devices meet requirements Your Role
MUST have hands-on experience in board bring-up and debugging, functional verification, and manufacturing supportHighly experienced in hardware bring-up and debugging using test equipment like Logic analyzer, oscilloscope basic soldering skillsHighly experienced with one or more of the following: High-speed interfaces like PCIe, USB, Ethernet, high-speed serialLow-speed interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, JTAGPower system design Experienced with defining system specifications for hardware systems and creating and executing a test planProficient with schematic and layout tools (OrCAD, Allegro), SI, thermalInnovative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skillsProficient written, verbal, negotiation, and communication skills Your Skills and Experience
Familiarity with Open Compute Project standards and specificationsx86 platform architectureLinux kernel/driversC/C++, Verilog, TCL, PythonXilinx FPGAs and tools Academic Credentials
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Electronics/Computer Science relatedMinimum 5 years of experience in hardware design and bring-up Life at Capgemini
