Job Summary:
 

Seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to support the Epic EHR system across state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, user access support, incident tracking in ServiceNow, and collaborating with clinical and IT teams.


Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • EHR knowledge (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
  • Epic certifications (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
