Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for an Electric Scheduling Administrative Support I for their Grand Rapids, MI location.
Responsibilities:
- The Electric Scheduling Administrative Support role involves providing administrative assistance to facilitate the scheduling and coordination of tasks, projects, and resources within an organization.
- This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow management and effective communication among team members involved in electric-related operations.
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year's work experience.
This is an entry level position.
- Microsoft Word: Excel, Outlook email system
- High School degree or equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Highly motivated
- Well-organized
- Team-oriented
- Attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and perform new responsibilities
- SAP Front/Back Office
- Plotter operation
- Scanner operation
- Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Experience with SAP would be an asset
- Strong customer service background
