Job Overview
Tribe Lighting and Energy is looking for a dependable and motivated Electrical Apprentice to support our Field Operations team in commercial lighting and electrical projects.
This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to job sites, hands-on learning, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Journeyman Electricians with lighting repairs and upgrades, electrical installations and repairs on commercial job sites
Maintain tools, jobsite cleanliness, and materials organization
Learn and adhere to electrical codes and safety standards
Participate in weekly safety meetings and tool talks
Travel to and work on out-of-town projects, frequently requiring overnight stays
Receive hands-on training in all phases of commercial lighting and electrical work
Qualifications
2 years of field experience in electrical work preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Must hold a current Electrical Apprentice license or certification or able to obtain one.
Willingness and ability to travel for projects
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Interest in growing within the electrical trade
Basic understanding of safety procedures and hand/power tools
Willingness to travel frequently for out-of-town projects
Ability to take direction, ask questions, and be an engaged team member

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday with potential overtime (occasional weekends)
Travel is required; frequent overnight stays should be expected
Location
This is a travel-based, multi-state, remote field role.
Applicants must be comfortable with regular travel to commercial job sites.
Service Areas: Texas, Minnesota, Indiana, Louisiana, and Nebraska
Travel Requirement: 90% travel (per diem provided)
