**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Electrical Assemblers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers.

You will work collaboratively in teams of 2-4, utilizing both hand and power tools to perform your duties.

While you will primarily follow work orders, training on schematics will be provided for future tasks.

Your primary work will be on the low voltage line.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers.
+ Follow work orders and schematics for assembly tasks.
+ Collaborate in teams of 2-4 to complete assembly projects.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
+ Focus on low voltage line assembly tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ 1+ years of experience in assembly (mechanical or electrical) within the same company.
+ Experience in reading blueprints or schematics.
+ Soldering, electronic assembly, and electrical wiring skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Basic knowledge of electrical or wire diagrams.

**Work Environment**

This position is for the 1st shift, with hours from 5am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday.

Work in a clean and well-lit manufacturing environment that requires steel-toed boots and safety glasses.

The facility is brand new and serves as the US headquarters, with plans to add 1200 jobs in the next 8-10 years.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
