**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers.

You will collaborate in small teams and utilize both hand and power tools to work on the low voltage line.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers.
+ Follow work orders and utilize schematics for assembly processes.
+ Work collaboratively in teams of 2-4 members.
+ Use various hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Work on the low voltage line ensuring high-quality outputs.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ years of assembly experience, mechanical or electrical, from the same company.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints or schematics with at least 1 year of experience.
+ Experience in wiring, soldering, and electronic or mechanical assembly.
+ Knowledge of electrical diagrams or wire diagrams.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

**Work Environment**

You will work a 1st shift schedule from 5 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment.

Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed boots and safety glasses.

The facility is brand new and serves as the US headquarters, with plans to expand and add 1200 jobs in the next 8-10 years.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
