**Job Description**

+ Join our team as a Solderer Assembler, where you will play a key role in crafting cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, and other products from start to finish.

This role involves utilizing automated methods for soldering, including wire-to-wire soldering for connectors and cable components, along with reflow and through-hole soldering for printed circuit boards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read work orders and follow production documentation or sample assemblies.
+ Receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
+ Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, bag and tag, soldering, potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrink, PC board soldering, backshelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, kitting, create wire lists, and pin extraction.
+ Assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and commit to continuous improvement.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficient in soldering, assembly, labeling, wire cutting, crimping, and harness assembly.
+ Knowledge of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards.
+ Possess J-STD-001 Certification (can be expired).
+ Ability to use microscopes.
+ Proficient with long nose pliers, side cutter, and soldering iron.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with heat shrinking, stuffing, and soldering wire to wire, connectors, and thru-hole.
+ Ability to handle epoxy and solder cups.
+ Familiarity with splicing cables and strip wire.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
