ELECTRICAL CONTROLS ESTIMATOR 




Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals.

Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Controls Estimator in New York City, NY.


Electrical Controls Estimator Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Controls Estimator in New York City, NYis between $100,000 and $120,000.

  • Electrical Controls Estimator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates for a range of projects in high volume.
  • Types of projects include all types of low voltage systems specifically building automation and building management 
  • Estimate the controls scope including control devices, wiring diagram and with BMS system integrators 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Preconstruction Teams to coordinate meetings and review documents.
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Negotiate change-orders


  • Electrical Controls Estimator Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ years’ experience in electrical controls with familiarity of BMS/ BAS systems.
  • Must have experience bidding on commercial projects - low voltage
  • Accubid & Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Strong employment stability
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
