Description Acara Solutions has been providing advanced manufacturing firms across the U.S. with our engineering and professional staffing services for over 65 years.
Our laser machine tool manufacturing client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their organization.
The salary range target is $100K - $130K, but they can go higher for a more senior engineer.
This is a full engineering lifecycle position.
Hands-on experience with devices and troubleshooting is a must.
Laser design experience required.
The Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and support of complex multi-axis CNC laser systems.
Responsibilities will include creating electrical layouts and design specifications, selecting appropriate components, and applying engineering analysis to ensure optimal performance.
The role also involves hands-on tasks such as wiring, cable routing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.This position requires close collaboration with mechanical engineers during system design and with software engineers during system integration and debugging.
The engineer will contribute to all phases of the project, including design, fabrication, testing, and ongoing electrical/electronic support.
