Senior Electrical EngineerReports To: Director of EngineeringSeeking an experienced Professional Engineers.

He/she will have a minimum of 10+ years of positions with increasing responsibility.

We require:

  • Expertise in industrial plant power, controls, and automation systems.
  • Technical excellence and in-depth understanding of good engineering practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coordinate work with staff, clients, and contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and need for high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent people management and motivational skills.

    Must coach, mentor, and train staff; perform staff evaluations and provide recommendations semi-yearly.
  • Full commitment to maintaining the company's professional image and reputation with accurate and error-free work.
  • Require travel within the US and occasionally overseas to clients and facilities.
