Responsibilities
Draft and prosecute patent applications across electrical engineering and software domains.
Work on projects in machine learning/artificial intelligence, neural networks, RF circuitry, encryption/decryption, hardware and communications security.
Collaborate with engineers, innovators, and legal teams to tailor strategies for high-tech inventions.
Qualifications
J.D., active bar admission (in your intended jurisdiction), and USPTO registration.
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in electrical/software technologies.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, exceptional academic credentials.

Open to Atlanta, Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
Hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2–3 days/week in office (occasional exceptions possible for strong patent agents).
