REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
Admission to the USPTO is required.
Preferred experience:
• Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies;
• Data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged;
• Radio frequency (RF) circuitry;
• Machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science);
• Hardware and/or communications security (e.g., encryption/decryption).
