About the Opportunity: On behalf of a well-established, family-oriented construction company with an excellent reputation, I’m excited to share an exceptional opportunity for an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager.

With a client-first approach, they focus on delivering quality in every project, from small installations to large commercial and industrial builds.

Role: We’re looking for a dedicated Electrical Estimator/Project Manager who has a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical projects and controls.

The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in voltage knowledge, estimating software, and project management.This position is 80% office-based with 20% fieldwork, ensuring a great work-life balance with no extensive travel—you're home every night.

Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities:P repare accurate estimates and manage electrical projects from initial bid requests to completion.Conduct site visits to perform take-offs and assess project requirements.Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure projects are on track.Oversee the electrical components of projects to guarantee they meet industry standards.Utilize ACUBID software for estimating (highly preferred).Engage with a predominantly Spanish-speaking crew; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.Maintain strong client relationships and focus on delivering quality work.

Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Qualifications:3+ years of project management experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects.1-2 years of estimating experience with a solid understanding of the electrical industry.Proficiency in voltage knowledge and electrical estimating software.Spanish-speaking is a significant plus due to the composition of the crew.A sincere, dedicated, and level-headed approach to project management.

Compensation:Base Pay: $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
