Job Description Job Description Electrical Foreman (with Fire Alarm experience) Electrical Foreman — Pay: Dependent on Experience We are currently hiring an Electrical Foreman with 5 years of commercial electrical experience , including supervisory/lead responsibilities, and solid fire alarm installation experience .

Job Duties: • Lead crews in installing, bending, and removing conduit • Supervise installation and replacement of lighting systems, electrical panels, transformers, switches, motors, etc.
• Oversee pulling of electrical wiring through conduit; ensure proper routing and protection • Review, approve, and sometimes perform terminations: panels, fixtures, outlets, devices • Verify correct connections of wires to breakers, transformers, outlets, and electrical systems • Interpret plans and direct the team according to blueprints, one‐line diagrams, and specifications • Conduct on‐site inspections and quality checks of electrical work • Hold coordination meetings with general contractors, trades, and project leads • Manage materials, tools, and equipment: assign, track, requisition as needed • Maintain accurate field documentation: daily logs, timecards, progress reports, safety logs • Enforce all safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, pre‐task briefings, and monitor jobsite safety compliance • Train, mentor, and evaluate journeymen, apprentices, and helpers • Identify issues, propose remedial plans, and communicate delays, risks, or changes to management Electrical Foreman Requirements: • Current State Journeyman’s License (or higher) • 5 years of commercial electrical work, including direct experience with fire alarm systems (installation, wiring, or control panel work) • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role • Proven ability to read, interpret, and manage work from blueprints, one‐line diagrams, and schematics • Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and industry best practices • Own tools, PPE, and safety gear • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills • Proficiency in jobsite documentation and field software (or willingness to learn) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay (DOE) • Weekly pay • Benefits option: Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) participation • Referral bonuses (up to $250) for successful referrals • Career growth and leadership opportunities Company Description Outsource is the Nation's leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent.
