What you will be doing:
Deliver classroom and lab-based training on electrical safety and maintenance topics
Develop and update curriculum in areas of subject matter expertise
Apply technical knowledge to enhance lab setup and training equipment
Provide ongoing support to students and customers
Travel 50–75% of the time to deliver training across multiple locations
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What you must have:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Instructor in at least one of the following areas:
Electrical Safety
Substation Maintenance
Circuit Breaker Maintenance
Relays (Mechanical and Microprocessor)
Medium Voltage Cable Splicing & Fault Locating
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-oriented with a professional and cooperative attitude
Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in dynamic situations
Professional and personable teaching style
Strong organizational skills and structured approach to instruction
Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering training
Commitment to safety at all times
