<p><strong>Electrical Person in Charge of Works (Underground) (UG PICW)</strong></p>

<p>Mainline is growing fast and are currently looking to hire PICW’s to work on exciting multi-disciplinary and framework projects.
The role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for people who will embrace the opportunity and progress with the business as it grows.</p>
<p><strong>Your new role:</strong></p>
<p>You will be part of an experienced project delivery team working on ESBN mini pillar replacement and G1/G3 Framework projects. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required</li>
<li>Work closely with the site management on such duties as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering equipment</li>
<li>Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance</li>
<li>Diagnose systems, equipment, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of faults</li>
<li>Connect cables to circuit breakers, transformers, CT/VT or other components</li>
<li>Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system</li>
<li>Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications</li>
<li>Oversee the assembly, install, and test, of electrical equipment and components</li>

<p><strong> Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>An electrician qualification is essential</li>
<li>Experience of working in UG LV services is desirable</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills</li>
<li>Safepass & Manual Handling</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE or equivalent) </li>
</ul>
