This role is part of the Commercial Design Team within Eli Lilly’s Digital Office.
Our team is an engine of innovation, where design, technology, and strategy meet to pioneer the future of human-centered healthcare solutions.
As a Principal Visual Designer, you will be a senior craft leader responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standard of visual design across the Commercial Design Team’s work.
You’ll lead by example—designing flagship experiences while also guiding others in elevating the quality of their design execution.
Your work will span large-scale digital platforms, campaigns, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling for product launches.
You will collaborate with design, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to bring concepts to life, ensuring every design choice strengthens the Lilly digital experience, resonates with its audience, and delivers meaningful value to customers.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
The anticipated wage for this position is $63,750 - $180,400.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
