📍 Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
💲 Compensation: $50,000 – $90,000 per year (Base + Commission)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Emergency Recovery Coordinator (Fire Chaser) to join our team.

In this role, you will be on the front lines, assisting property owners in their time of need while building relationships with emergency response agencies and the community.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Respond promptly to emergency property situations and manage incoming leads.

  • Consult with property owners affected by fire, water, or other disasters, providing guidance on recovery solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with emergency response teams and local agencies.

  • Educate customers on our services and close opportunities on the spot.

  • Participate in community outreach to promote awareness of our emergency restoration services.

  • Track leads from emergency notification systems and maintain customer records.

  • Provide emergency recovery kits and support to impacted property owners.

What We’re Looking For:



Required Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or GED

  • 4+ years of experience in restoration, fire services, EMS, police, military, medical response, dispatch, construction, or insurance

  • 2+ years in an outside sales or customer service role

  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals efficiently

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Preferred Skills & Experience:




  • Experience in emergency response or property restoration

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and emergency response protocols

  • Knowledge of the local area and emergency response networks
