Be the voice of HR Connect responding to employee and candidate inquiries across all areas of HR – policies, benefits, pay, recruitment, and more.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer service 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

  • Must be able to stay focused and engaged in an active and open work environment.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to convey clear and concise responses to inquiries

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically

  • Associates degree in business, human resources or related field, preferred

  • Experience working in a Human Resources Department or in a service center, preferred
