Position Title: Endpoint Deployment Analyst
Location: Onsite Philadelphia, PA (5 days/week)

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our team in Philadelphia.
This role is focused on deploying standardized workstation builds for end users, managing hardware inventory, and supporting the build room operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, imaging tools, and ServiceNow, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy standardized workstation builds using PXE and MTD imaging tools.
- Reimage and prepare devices for shipment to end users as part of refresh processing.
- Maintain and update hardware inventory records in ServiceNow.
- Close and update tickets related to build room tasks in ServiceNow.
- Perform troubleshooting on hardware and software issues related to end-user devices.
- Coordinate daily build room activities and assignments.
- Apply ITIL principles in asset and incident management processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all build and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet refresh schedules and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical experience in IT infrastructure support.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with imaging Windows hardware using PXE and MTD.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket and asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and their application in a depot environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
- Experience in light project coordination within a technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a build room or depot environment.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management (excluding procurement).
- Experience working in a structured ticketing system and following defined processes.
