Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Engineering Lab Technician / Electrical Assembler to build, assemble, and test electronic equipment in a hands-on, high-tech environment.
Key Duties:
Assemble and solder electrical components onto PCBs (including 0201s and BGAs)
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and BOMs
Perform wiring, mechanical assembly, and component installation
Test, troubleshoot, and inspect final products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What You Bring:
Experience with hand tools, soldering, and microscopes
Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical assembly
Ability to work with small components and follow detailed instructions
Proficiency with computers (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with DMMs, oscilloscopes, or function generators
IPC certification or ISO 9001 familiarity
Altium or Altium 365 exposure
