Summary of Job Duties:

Manage engineering work across six research and development projects focused on improving augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technologies for individuals with developmental disabilities who require or would benefit from AAC.


Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Expertise pertinent to engineering project management

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise or experience in augmentative and alternative communication and/or developmental disability

  • Experience in engineering project management


  • Additional Information:

    This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
