Engineering Project Manager - Engineering Focus Product Development
Our client is seeking a proactive and technically adept Engineering Project Manager to lead key engineering product development initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from concept to completion within a dynamic consumer product environment.
With a focus on collaboration, technical feasibility, and timely delivery, the Project Manager will play a vital role in shaping successful product launches in markets like HVAC/R and related sectors.

You'll be working with dedicated professionals across departments-including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and quality-delivering products that align with business goals and customer needs.
Lead engineering-driven product development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate Engineers, Designers, Technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Define project scope and technical feasibility in alignment with internal stakeholders (Business Gates 1 & 2).
Build and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and milestones.
Manage changes in scope, schedule, or cost with structured communication and approval workflows.
Track and report project performance using recognized project management tools.
Organize project meetings and elevate risks or blockers to leadership as needed.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships across departments like marketing, service, finance, and manufacturing.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and recommend actionable mitigations.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
Stay engaged with technical developments to guide timely and informed project decisions.
BS in Engineering preferred.
MS in Business a plus.
PMP Certification highly preferred.
Experience using Smartsheets and Oracle systems.
Competency in building and interpreting Gantt charts.
