**Summary**
The Apple IS&T SAP Learning & Development (L&D) team focuses on helping to enable a culture of innovation and learning, to foster everyone’s growth and development.
Learning and development opportunities are developed and delivered across a variety of critical areas, and include large-scale cross-functional initiatives to drive employee engagement within SAP Orgs within Apple.
Apple IS&T SAP L&D team is looking for a detail oriented and dedicated individual, who has experience in running training programs and deep understanding of L&D principles and a willingness to invest in people growth and development.

**Description**
The Learning and Development Lead role will work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to identify needs and opportunities for functional and technical training and development.
This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Apple’s SAP Learning and Development team.
Drive and deliver key Strategic initiatives focused on New Hire readiness and Upskill existing employee on Emerging technologies.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 5 years of experience developing and facilitating technical learning programs such as courses, case studies, and tutorials for software engineering or other technical areas
+ 5 years of experience in engineering, information design, training and development, program management, or a related field
+ Experience with digital, live-streamed, and in-person event environments, platforms, and tools
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or equivalent work experience, required

+ Leadership experience in developing and motivating talent
+ A passion for training, development, and technology-focused solutions
+ A firm grasp of training principles and methodologies, or the ability to quickly learn in this area
+ Demonstrated success consulting with senior leaders and partners and synthesizing needs into program plans
+ Excel at program management—setting goals, developing project plans, managing delivery, mitigating risks, measuring outcomes, and reporting on impact
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills, to foster close collaboration between teams and leaders
+ A focus on the employee experience to enhance growth and development programming
+ Curiosity and forward thinking, with a passion to improve and simplify processes
+ Integrity and respect for confidentiality
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Demonstrated experience working on large, multi-functional projects
+ Strong decision making and prioritization skills; have experience driving sophisticated production schedules with dependencies and challenging priorities
+ Ability to build rapport, credibility and influence across a large, matrixed organization
+ Comfortable upholding interpersonal values and standard methodologies, while balancing competing time-to-market pressures and maintaining business relationships
+ Possess a passion for effective communication, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
+ Passion for delivering an excellent user experience for both business-users and customers
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
