YOUR ROLE AS A ENTRY-LEVEL SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As a Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator, your day begins by reviewing and preparing the schedule to ensure the office is set up for success.

You warmly welcome patients as they arrive, manage the flow of appointments, and answer phone calls with professionalism.

Throughout the day, you handle scheduling, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and oversee daily operations to provide a seamless experience.

Before patients leave, you discuss treatment plans and ensure they are informed and confident about their next steps.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Foundational knowledge of dental operations or terminology

We would prefer someone with:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM
  • Every other Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM
