What you will be doing:
The ERP Business Systems Analyst is the functional subject matter expert to the HR and Payroll departments.
Will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM application for Cedars-Sinai.
This position will serve as the liaison for the functional department throughout the development and implementation phases.
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) plus years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Functional ERP experience.
Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system.
Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation of these requirements.
Post go-live support and maintenance of applications in ERP Eco-System.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
