Como la principal transportadora de gas, cumplimos un rol fundamental en la provisión de energía que el país necesita para seguir creciendo.

Responsabilidades:
● Diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de red: Asegurar que la arquitectura de red sea robusta, segura y capaz de soportar las operaciones de la empresa, incluyendo la supervisión y resolución de problemas técnicos.
● Gestión de la seguridad de la red: Implementar políticas de seguridad para proteger datos sensitivos, apoyar a Ciberseguridad en auditorías periódicas y gestionar soluciones de firewall/proxy/switches y sistemas de detección de intrusos.
● Monitoreo de la performance de la red: Utilizar herramientas de monitoreo de redes para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo y rápido de los sistemas de comunicación y datos y para prever problemas antes de que afecten las operaciones.
● Gestión de proyectos de IT: Participar en el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos relacionados con networking, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar la eficiencia y cumplimiento de los objetivos.
● Soporte técnico: Brindar soporte técnico y capacitación a los usuarios internos sobre el uso eficiente de los sistemas de red.

● Ser nexo con las empresas y proveedores de telecomunicaciones u otros especialistas.
● Adopción tecnológica: Capacidad para integrar nuevas tecnologías que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y la seguridad.

● Conectividad en ubicaciones remotas: Desarrollar soluciones eficientes para garantizar la conectividad y comunicación en sitios de extracción y exploración, que frecuentemente están en áreas remotas.
● Redundancia y recuperación ante desastres: Diseñar redes con alta redundancia y planificar estrategias de recuperación para asegurar la continuidad del negocio frente a posibles fallas de infraestructura.
● Optimización del ancho de banda: Gestionar eficientemente el tráfico de red para garantizar altas velocidades de transferencia en aplicaciones críticas.

Requisitos:
● Analítico y orientado al detalle: Capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas complejos de red con efectividad.
● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: Habilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos en lenguaje sencillo a stakeholders no técnicos.
● Dominio técnico: Competencia en protocolos de red como TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, y tecnologías de routing y switching.
● Capacidad para trabajar en equipo: Colaboración efectiva con otros departamentos para implementar soluciones y mejorar procesos de IT.
● Pensamiento estratégico: Capacidad para planificar a largo plazo y adaptar la infraestructura de red a las necesidades futuras de la empresa.
● Experiencia profesional: entre 3 – 5 años de experiencia en gestión y soporte de redes en el sector industrial, preferiblemente en Oil&Gas.
● Certificaciones: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, o similar son deseables.
● Formación: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado.
