You Have:
- Experience on: Commercial sites with Low Voltage, Security, CCTV, Access Control.
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:
- Hybrid: In-Office Required 2 Days/Week + Site Visits (Must live in/near NYC)
- Our Office: 330 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018
- Our Clients: New York Metro
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – Mon-Fri (8:00am-4:30pm)

Your Contribution to POM:
- Client Objectives: Work with Sr Sales Eng., System Eng., Sales to develop the right solution
- Client Expectations: Manage quote calendar, prioritize, meet deadlines
- Create Scope of Work: Review bid specs, conduct site walks, determine equipment and labor, build Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Project Estimates: Provide to Sales to support RFIs, RFPs etc.
- RFP’s/RFI’s: Respond/Create as needed
- Vendors: Build relationships, determine appropriate solutions, and negotiate/level quotes
Requirements:
- Must know how to read construction drawings and do device take offs
- Blueprint reading, RFP, and D-tools experience
- 2–5 years experience with security, IT and/or low voltage systems.
POM's Contribution to You:
- $80k-$115k/yr
