We're currently seeking a skilled and driven Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team.

This hybrid role combines technical estimating and full-cycle project oversight for a wide variety of glass installations - from storefronts to shower enclosures - across residential, commercial, industrial, and federal markets.
The right candidate is not only detail-oriented and technically skilled, but also a cultural fit who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment.

You'll manage each project from quote to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with our high standards.

Core Responsibilities-
Project Management & Estimating-
Own the full project lifecycle from estimation through final installation-
Conduct material take-offs, issue quotes, and communicate clearly with clients-
Visit job sites to assess, measure, and document all project-specific conditions-
Create and revise work orders based on field measurements and updates-
Prepare detailed shop drawings for both metal and glass fabrication-
Coordinate scheduling and material orders with internal operations-
Ensure installation meets deadlines, budget, and client expectations-
Resolve on-site challenges swiftly, coordinating any necessary reorders or changes-
Maintain client communication throughout and post-install for final approval and feedback-
Administrative & Quality Control-
Maintain organized project documentation including:-
Quotes, invoices, receipts, and cost records-
All relevant communications and notes-
Approve final documentation for accurate invoicing-
Proactively request client feedback and five-star reviews-
Actively ask what could have been done to exceed expectations

Qualifications-
Previous experience in glass/glazing or construction project management preferred-
Strong understanding of take-offs, fabrication, and installation processes-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
Proficient with basic computer systems and industry-related digital tools (training available)-
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
