As an Event Manager, Developer Events, you will support the strategy, planning, and execution of developer-focused events, conferences, and third-party sponsorships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape world-class developer experiences, driving engagement with technical audiences and industry partners.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and Brand, to curate compelling content, secure high-profile speakers, and optimize sponsorship activations.

Acting as both a strategic lead and event producer, you will be responsible for delivering seamless event experiences that amplify our brand, foster developer community engagement, and support business objectives.

The Global Events Team at PayPal is responsible for designing and executing high-impact, strategic events that enhance brand visibility, deepen customer and partner engagement, and drive measurable business growth.

This team leads a range of events, from flagship and B2B-focused engagements to third-party industry events, bespoke activations, and developer-focused experiences.

By working collaboratively across regions, the Global Events Team ensures consistent brand activation, while localizing events to resonate within key global markets.

The team’s focus is on driving awareness, fostering engagement, and generating quantifiable business results.
