If you have experience in the food and beverage world, M Culinary is searching for a passionate Event Support Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest.

We’re an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACE TO WORK three years running!).

About the role:


If you’re proactive, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills, we invite you to join our dynamic team at M Culinary as an Event Support Coordinator!


In this role, you’ll partner with our Sales department to help achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the main office front desk and greeting guests.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing invoices, and maintaining office organization.
  • Managing client communications via phone, email, in person, and through our online chat system.
  • Preparing weekly BEO packets and creating event signage.
