**Responsibilities**
+ Process closed account and open account refunds to customers
+ Research customer financial history and notate accounts when necessary
+ Generate production detail reports to perform and end of day close out
+ Assist with daily and monthly reconciliations of issued and outstanding checks
+ Respond to chargeback disputes and returned checks while adjusting customer account balances
**Requirements**
+ Have High School Diploma
+ Have a minimum of (2) years of experience working in a financial or customer service role
+ Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
+ Ability to work effectively from a home office
+ Can travel to the office as business needs arise
**Preferred**
+ Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
