Job Description
Join a world-class academic healthcare system, UChicago Medicine, as the Executive Director, IT Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for leading and managing the functions and teams of the IT PMO, the Office of Technology Change Management and the IT Business Office.
The Executive Director, IT PMO will be accountable to drive all IT related projects and programs to successful completion, as measured by completion on time, within budget, and delivery of full defined scope.
The Executive Director will responsible for creating, recruiting, retaining, developing, mentoring, and inspiring a team of high performing project and change management SMEs and leaders.
The Executive Director, IT PMO will provide critical thinking, keen discernment, sound judgement, and timely, effective decision making.
The Executive Director will be a thought leader on the best project and change management practices, processes, and activities to focus the IT PMO and Office of Technology Change Management teams to achieve and deliver results in support of UCMC strategic priorities.
